Welcome to Meza Yetu. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Meza Yetu website, services, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a reservation, or navigating the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. User Accounts and Security

• Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Account Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify Meza Yetu of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Use of Services & Platform Rules

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

You are strictly prohibited from:

1. Using the Platform to transmit fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
2. Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.
3.  Attempting to harvest, scrape, or extract data from the Platform using automated software.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software available on the Platform are the property of Meza Yetu or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meza Yetu, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meza Yetu and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
